We currently do not accept international orders.
Our standard shipping method within the continental Unites States is Federal Express Ground. Delivery generally takes 3-5 business days from the time of shipment. Federal Express does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. For those who require delivery to a P.O. Box we can ship using the U.S. Postal Services (USPS). In most cases you can expect delivery within 4-10 business days using USPS.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order submission Monday through Friday if in stock. Orders received during the weekends or holidays will be processed the next regular business day.
Orders requiring multiple shipments of back-order and pre-order merchandise may be subject to an additional shipping charge. To help avoid additional shipping chares we will schedule shipments in the most efficient manners. For example, if you place an order today that includes back-order and/or pre-order merchandise, we may hold your entire order and ship it complete when all merchandise is in stock. Most importantly, we will consult directly with you regarding your shipping preferences.
Returns
All regular returns must be complete within 30 days of item receipt. You may return the item to us at your expense. You must email us or call 585-292-7290 to let us know you will be returning the item. Once we receive the item we will send a replacement item or credit your credit card account. Any credit will be submitted by Lilac City Gifts and Collectibles within 48 hours, Monday-Friday. The actual credit may take longer to show on your credit card statement.
Damaged Items
Any damages that may have occurred during shipping must be reported to us by phone at 585-292-7290 within 5 business days from when your package is delivered. We will issue a call tag for pick-up of the item when contacted. Upon receipt of that item, we will ship a replacement.
